Coaches,

If you need to reschedule a home game here is the proper procedure.

To find out weather a field is available you:

· Go to the LVYSL web site Click on Schedules then Fall 2007 (or the correct season and year)

· Then Click on Club Field usage schedule

· Then scroll down to Stroudsburg United and click (you can check availability of any clubs fields but remember this is only LVYSL scheduled games clubs use fields for many other functions)

· Verify the field you are using is open on the day and time you need (allow additional time before and after each game)

· If field is available then email Rich Anglemyer at tazman@1acc.com to verify no other function is scheduled at the field you intend to use.

· Once Rich verifies nothing else is scheduled at the field and it is available. You then start the reschedule process on the LVYSL web site and with the opposing teams coach.
