Stroudsburg United Soccer Club's mission is to develop each soccer player to his or her fullest potential. Our professionally licensed staff focuses on the four major components of the complete soccer player's development: technical, tactical, physical and psychological ability. Further, we feel that players respond best in a positive and professional training environment.

The Club’s mission will be supported by the following guiding principals:

• The USYSA Players Code will be strictly followed by players and coaches.
• The Chiquita Fair Play rules will be adhered to by players and coaches.
• Coaches will employ USSF or other approved coaching methods when training players.
• Players will be provided with meaningful share of playing time during competitive matches.
• The Club will utilize and develop all people (parents, coaches, interested individuals and resources available to support the Club’s mission.
